It is the duty of every parent to guide and put their ward on the road to discipline, knowledge, and success.
The school authorities expect and hope to get full co-operation from the parents in matters of discipline, regularity, and punctuality.
Parents are not allowed to meet class teachers during teaching hours.
Parents cannot call during class hours except in case of emergency.
Meeting hours for Principal: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM.
If a student is absent without prior information for three continuous days, his/her name will be struck off the rolls.
Parents are advised not to give too much money to their wards. Criticism of teachers or school in the child’s presence should be avoided as it encourages students to lose respect for teachers.
Parents should check assignments and sign the student’s diary daily.
It is mandatory for all parents to attend Parent-Teacher meetings.
Complaints, if any, should be made to the Principal in writing, not to the class teacher.
Parents must ensure sending nutritious tiffin to ensure the child’s growth and alertness.
The school recognizes that the maximum benefit of any service to children is realized through close co-operation with the parents.
Remarks in the school diary should be acknowledged and countersigned regularly.
Any change of address or phone number must be informed to the school promptly.
Parents should encourage and ensure the participation of their wards in school activities.
Children should not wear expensive ornaments or bring mobile phones to school. No makeup, kajal, or mehndi is allowed. Nails and hair must be trimmed. Flouting this rule will lead to fines.
The school is not responsible for loss of books, money, clothes, or any other items.
Any damage to school property or premises must be compensated.
Children’s daily commute should be escorted by authorized persons only.
Parents are expected to observe the fee schedule strictly.
Birthday celebrations are not allowed in school.
All absences must be accompanied by a written leave application. In case of infectious diseases, a recovery and fitness certificate from an authorized medical practitioner must be provided.
Students must keep their bicycles, motorbikes, and scooters properly locked in the parking lot. The school is not responsible for loss or damage.
Students riding their own motorbikes must wear helmets and carry a valid driving license. If not, the vehicle will be confiscated.
All communication must be addressed to the Principal.
